Emotional Clearing
Emotional Clearing is a safe, gentle yet powerful guided process that enables you to release difficult or painful feelings, attain radiant emotional and physical health, and realize your full potential.This body centered emotional processing work is based on the theory that feelings are composed of energy. When this energy becomes trapped it influences us, affecting our emotional and physical health, as well as attracting negative circumstances to us.
The central focus in Emotional Clearing is the deeply relaxed state clients enter using the breath to bring in healing energy to access and integrate feelings. I combine my knowledge of the energy body and chakra system to energetically help my clients to go deeper than they can on their own. The client is supported by my energy field, feels safe, and is gently guided through the process.
I am currently the only Certified Emotional Clearing Facilitator in Florida. Sessions can be done in person at my office in Indialantic or over the phone or the internet via Skype.

What is Emotional Clearing like?
Under my guidance, you sit or lie as you prefer, with eyes closed and are guided into a deep alpha-state relaxation using a unique, powerful induction technique. The first stage of the work is to familiarize you with this new deep meditative relaxation, where many superficial stressful feelings automatically evaporate. After you learn to be at home here, we will explore your issues in the same alpha-state. In addition to the feelings of which you are aware, it is likely other, more primary core feelings will emerge from the subconscious. You will be guided to release all these feelings energetically. No outward expression of feelings is required. Releasing is effected through the deep inner experiencing of the feelings. This kind of experiencing is different from what we are normally used to. It is a spiritual experience characterized by the presence of universal healing energies that are awakened in you, and a strong sense of witnessing and peacefulness, even with very painful feelings.
Emotional Clearing can be combined with Brennan Healing for in person or distance healing work. A combination session would involve the guided meditation described above followed by energy healing. The use of these two modalities together provides the framework for deep healing on the emotional and spiritual levels.
Pricing: $75.00 for a 1 hour session. Initial sessions are 90 minutes due to the intake process and run $90.00. (This work lends itself well to working over the phone or the internet. Skype sessions are available for the same fee.)
