Healing Herbs
As a trained energy healer, I am sensitive to the energetic qualities of the herbs I use. My blends are well researched, yet I also let the plants speak to me and guide me as I work with them. In addition to the stock blends I have listed here, I also formulate blends to meet your individual needs.
Consultations are available by phone or in person $40/hour. The following blends are also available for purchase and all come with instructions on how to prepare as either a tea or a tincture:
Muscle Relaxer/Antispasmodic Tea
Contains: kava kava, black haw, cramp bark, black cohosh, Jamaican dogwood, jasmine, roses, yarrow, ginger, lavender, and cayenne $2.25/oz.
Stress Relief Tea
Contains: Skullcap, Motherwort, Blue Vervain, Vitex, Oatstraw, Borage, Black Cohosh, Passion Flower, Wild Yam, Dong Quai, Lavender, Roses, Hops, Ginger, Orange Peel, Lemon Balm, and Cinnamon. $2.25/oz.
Women’s Hormone Balancer Tea
Contains: Black Cohosh, Wild Yam, Dong Quai, Ginseng, Ginger, Orange peel, and Cinnamon $2/oz.
Adrenal Support Tea
Contains: Borage, Astralagus, Red Clover, Comfrey, Nettle, St. John’s Wort, Gingko, Vitex, Roses, Peppermint, and Lemon Balm $2.25/oz.
Cough Relief Tea
Contains: Comfrey, lobelia, mullein, coltsfoot, ginger, peppermint, cinnamon, angelica & cayenne $2/oz.
Dreamer’s Tea
Contains: Jasmine and Passion Flowers, Roses, Lavender, Orange Peel and Peppermint $2/oz.
Kidney Toner Tea
Contains: Comfrey Leaf, Horsetail, Dandelion Root, Lavender, Lemon Balm, Uva Ursi, Peppermint, Hydrangea Root, Rose Petals and Hibiscus Flowers $3/oz.
Liver Cleanse Tea
Contains: Dandelion Leaf and Root, Milk Thistle, Burdock Root, Pau d’Arco, Licorice, Echinacea Root and Cinnamon $2.25/oz.
Sleepytime Tea
Contains: Hops, Motherwort, Valerian, Skullcap, Passion Flower, Catnip, Blue Vervain, Lemon Balm, Orange Peel, and Lavender $2/oz.
**Please note that a week's worth of tea generally costs approximately $10.**
Purification Bath Salts
To purify your physical and subtle bodies, soak in this relaxing blend of sea salt, sodium bicarbonate, oils of lavender, citronella, tea tree and rosemary. $3 for 10 oz. (enough for one bath)
