My philosophy is that we all need support as we navigate life's trials and tribulations. In fact, with proper guidance these trials can offer us an opportunity to move into an awareness of a greater reality. We can move past the mentality that we are the victim of circumstances and reclaim our power. Healing is about learning how we create our reality and how we can begin to do so in a more constructive, conscious way.
My sessions begin with a discussion of your health history followed by a look at what you hope to receive from your healing. We may explore different areas of your life, such as self-care, stress, diet, health history, relationships, family and childhood history, as well as belief systems and attitudes. I feel that this exploration is important for deepening your healing process.
If possible, I feel it is best to take it easy after your session in order to integrate the healing. Due to the nature of this work, it is recommended that for at least 24 hours after a session you drink a lot of water, get plenty of rest, and refrain from using alcoholic beverages or doing strenuous activity.
After a healing session, most clients report a feeling of well-being, and it is common for clients to have a sense of expansion from their ordinary frame of mind. Some clients are satisfied with one or two sessions, while others continue with weekly, bi-weekly or monthly sessions for several weeks or months. Before you leave, we will discuss my recommendations for treatment, and I may provide you with follow up instructions for maintaining a clear and balanced field.
